TASTING NOTES
Aromas of mango, papaya, and pineapple mingle with toasted coconut, turbinado sugar, and sunwarmed oak. The palate opens with tropical fruit and caramelized sugar, followed by layers of coconut cream, baked plantain, and dark molasses. The finish is long and warming, fading into oak, cocoa nib, and spice.
