PRECISION CRAFTED
Aged six years in new American oak barrels, this Kentucky straight bourbon begins with a classic 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malt mash bill distilled at Bardstown Bourbon Company. The whiskey is then carefully blended and bottled in the Livermore Valley at Sutherland Distilling Co., a facility known for its meticulous attention to quality and craft. The result is a bourbon designed for a warming sip, a bracing dram, or the perfect foundation for classic whiskey cocktails.
TASTING NOTES
Sweet cornbread and warm grain lead the nose, followed by notes of nectarine and white peach. On the palate, butterscotch, caramel, and vanilla unfold alongside gentle baking spice from the rye. The texture is smooth and rounded, offering balanced richness without heavy oak or aggressive spice. The finish is medium-long and warming, leaving lingering notes of toffee, toasted oak, honeyed bread crust, and a soft peppered spice.
